Every registered voter can vote in person before Election Day. You get your ballot at the site and put it straight into the tabulator yourself, just like on Election Day. No application needed.

Voter information

Before you go

  • Bring a photo ID. If you don’t have one, you can sign an affidavit and still vote.
  • See every endorsed Republican on your ballot at OaklandGOPSlate.org ↗. Print it or pull it up on your phone.
  • Flip your ballot over. School board and judicial races are on the back, and a straight-ticket vote skips them.

Election Day

  • Tuesday, November 3. Polls are open 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Anyone in line by 8 p.m. gets to vote.
  • On Election Day you vote at your assigned precinct, not an early voting site. Where do I vote? ↗

  • You can still register and vote. Through Election Day, register in person at your city or township clerk’s office with proof of residency.
  • Check your registration or register online ↗ (online and mail registration closed Oct. 19).
