To ensure a smooth and successful convention, we are seeking volunteers to assist in the following areas:

Delegate Check-In
Time commitment: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM, with a few volunteers staying through the end of convention (typically 9:00 PM).
Responsibilities include checking identification and distributing delegate badges.

Membership / Donation Desk
Time commitment: 5:00 PM – approximately 9:00 PM.
Volunteers for this role must attend a short training prior to convention and bring a personal laptop on the day of the event.

IT Help Desk
Time commitment: 5:00 PM – approximately 9:00 PM.
Volunteers must attend a short training prior to convention and bring a personal laptop.
